Lane seeks refuge from his day job with a downtown Chicago law firm by spending his nights at the city’s plethora of great music venues. He does his best to support local music and recently launched his own artist management company. He has also begun work on a bio of alt-country pioneers Uncle Tupelo. Besides music, Lane loves long drives, camping and the New York Yankees (26 and counting). He can’t get enough of films by John Sayles, the Coen brothers, Wes Anderson and Owen Wilson.
